Refund Policy

Overview

We want every customer to get real value from AdsBrain. If the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund under the rules below. All refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reach your bank or card within 5–14 business days, depending on your issuer.

Google Ads Brain — First Analysis ($49 one-time)

• Before delivery: you can cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the first analysis report is sent to you. Email hello@adsbrain.eu and we will issue the refund same business day.
• After delivery, within 7 days: if you find the report unhelpful, reply to the delivery email explaining why. We will review each case on its merits and issue a refund if the report failed to surface useful, actionable findings for your account.
• After 7 days, or once you have acted on the recommendations: refunds are not available.

Brain Advisor — Daily Reports ($199/month subscription)

• Cancel any time: you can cancel your subscription self-serve from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you keep access until then, and we will not renew.
• Current paid period: the paid month is non-refundable once started. We do not prorate partial months.
• First billing period exception: if you cancel within 7 days of the first monthly charge and have received fewer than three daily reports, contact hello@adsbrain.eu and we will refund the month in full.
• Accidental renewal after cancellation: fully refundable — just let us know.

SEO Audit — Small (€97), Medium (€197), Large (€397)

• Before the audit starts: full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@adsbrain.eu.
• Audit in progress: if the crawl has started but the report has not been delivered, we can cancel and issue a prorated refund minus any external data costs already incurred (typically €0–€15).
• After report delivery, within 7 days: if the report is genuinely unhelpful for your site, reply to the delivery email and we will review. Refunds granted if the report did not surface actionable findings.
• After 7 days, or if recommendations have been applied: refunds are not available.

AI Fix add-on

• Before implementation starts: full refund.
• After implementation: no refund, but every fix is backed by a full backup and can be rolled back with one click from your dashboard at any time. If a rollback does not restore the previous state, we will refund the AI Fix fee.

How to request a refund

Email hello@adsbrain.eu from the address on your AdsBrain account. Include your order number (or the subject line of the Stripe receipt) and a short reason. We respond inside one business day (Europe/Tallinn, Mon–Fri). Refunds are processed to the original card or bank account via Stripe.

Statutory consumer rights (EU)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, these terms do not override any statutory rights you have under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or Estonian consumer protection law. In particular, for digital content and services:

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase unless you have explicitly requested that the service begin immediately and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the service is fully performed.
• By clicking "Start my audit" or "Get my first analysis" and triggering the analysis, you request immediate performance and consent to the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once the report is delivered. You can still request a case-by-case refund within 7 days as described above.
• Nothing here removes your right to complain to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee) or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
