1. Service Overview

AdsBrain.eu ("Service") is operated by Prism Hooldus OÜ (registry code 16938270), registered in Estonia. The Service provides AI-powered Google Ads analysis, optimization recommendations, and automated campaign management tools.

2. Account & Access

You must provide a valid Google account to sign in. By connecting your Google Ads account, you grant AdsBrain read-only access to your advertising data. Write access (applying changes) requires your explicit approval, except for safe automated actions in Autopilot mode as described in your plan.

3. Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Audit, Growth, Autopilot) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Data Handling

We access your Google Ads data via official Google APIs (OAuth 2.0)
We store aggregated metrics, recommendations, and change logs in our database
We do not share your data with third parties
We do not use your data to train AI models
You can disconnect your account and request data deletion at any time

5. AI-Generated Content

AdsBrain uses AI (OpenAI GPT) to generate recommendations, ad headlines, descriptions, and campaign plans. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied to your Google Ads account.

6. Autopilot Mode

In Autopilot mode, the following actions may be applied automatically without individual approval:

Adding negative keywords to block irrelevant search terms
Pausing keywords with very low Quality Score

The following actions always require your manual approval: enabling/disabling campaigns, changing budgets, modifying bids, creating or deleting ads.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdsBrain provides tools and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, conversion rates, or return on ad spend. Google Ads performance depends on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, landing page quality, and Google's algorithms.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Google API outages or rate limits may temporarily affect data availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Google Ads policies, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Google Ads account and cancelling your subscription.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
